I would still take them in a 7 game series against the Bulls in the second round.

The Bulls are better than the Heat. They played like shite today and still won in Miami.

Miami cannot get past Boston or Chicago.

Exactly.

He'll start making clutch shots to end games. People that think this is permanent are being stupid. But I don't think, this year, the Heat will do anything.

Miami would beat New York in round 1 and then probably lose to Chicago in round 2. And if they somehow got to the conference finals, they would play Boston more competitive than people think, but still lose.

you literally ONLY judge individuals on team accomplishments.

It's so misguided, it's funny though.

I still think they'd beat Chicago in a series. The two games have been really competitive, and this is while the Heat are in the midst of their worst slump since the start of the season. They'd beat the Bulls if they can work a few issues out IMHO. It'd be a great series though.

Riley wouldn't put up with that shite. He'd have them running sprints in practice until they're puking their guts out.

I don't mind crying in sports in general, to be honest. I'm not one of those guys that thinks there shouldn't be any crying in sports. But there's certain times. Basically, only crucial losses. The Heat lost a (relatively) meaningless regular season game, in a season where they're still probably going to get the #3 seed. I guess this loss makes it a little more difficult for them to get the 2, but it's not that big of a deal. Crying here is really, really weak and embarrassing.
