how?

my point is that athletes should be held to a higher standard when dealing with fans and that other players absolutely have the ability to do so and this type of behavior is not par for the course

in regards to his relationship with the fans? yes

So Reggie Jackson didn't let the fan get to him at all? That was your original premise before you moved the goalpost.

So Steph isn't an athlete who should better control his emotions and not throw things and hit fans with it? Only Dwight?

Talk about backing away from the point.

There's comparisons you can make but this is an awful example

You know opposing fans (especially fans you have a history with) are going to do anything they can to get under your skin? Why would you ever be bothered by it? Just makes you look bad.

Because you're not a robot, that's probably why.

So saying "suck my dick" is acceptable to you.

Got it.

How is that relevant? There's more than 1 player in the NBA.

I bet you didn't know about that Reggie Jackson clip before this thread, right?

do i believe its the right thing to do? no

do i believe its the same as having to be restrained by security while trying to initiate a fight with a fan? no

Actually, he backed off of his original point, but that's ok we can ignore that if you want.

I really don't get how an NBA player making millions could care at all what some nobody fan screaming at them thinks....

This is YOUR quote.

When I ask you about your quote in relation to Reggie Jackson, you moved the goalpost. That's literally exactly what happened.

And I'ms saying you wouldn't about EVERY one, obviously.

Not worth arguing, you're kidding yourself if you think otherwise.

yes, and if you understood context you could tell that was being said about trying to initiate a fight with a fan. i have no delusions that NBA players yell back at fans sometimes, im talking about actually wanting to fight
