I have no problem with this. The hitters are gonna get drilled one way or the other. Dusty is doing what a good manager does: standing up for his guys.

Not sure what the OP's issue with a manager trying to protect his players. That's literally one of his duties as the manager.

The irony here is Dustbag is an old school unwritten rules guy. Him clamoring for protection is out of character.
