First Korean baseball game I didn't realize the teams were named after their sponsors not their cities.
"Go back to Doosan!"

At a Marlins game (Joe Robbie Stadium) and sitting 10 feet from the opponents bullpen. Atlanta had a relief pitcher name Marvin Freeman. This redneck behind us yelled, " I'm going to burn your church down!" Thankfully, he was immediately ruled off, and escorted out. Mr Freeman was so mad, he had to be restrained. This took place before the game.

I've heard one of the Rangers PR people yell at the media members in the Auxiliary B press box (electronic media) to not turn the TVs away from the Ranger game. It was a day when Dick Motta's Mavs were in the playoffs. Everyone wanted to keep up with both games. They'd leave. Someone would change one of the TVs to the Mavs game.
I wasn't working the night the LA cops followed OJ's white Bronco to his house on TV. I was at the Ranger game that night as a fan. All of the TV's at the concession stands were on the OJ chase. People were standing there watching that instead of the game. I did it for a minute too. When I walked back to my seat I looked and could see most of the press box TVs were on the chase too.

Good. Skankees fans are a sub human species, so it's nice for the Skankees players to get it for a change.

quote: “Balk”.
--------------------
quote: 100% this. It's always people that have no idea what a balk is.
--------------
Neither do today's umpires. Every game I've watched this year has multiple missed balks. There are several guys who balk every pitch they throw. Either by never pausing after coming set, never coming set, or that stupid front foot tapdance bullshite. They defend it by saying "he does it every time, so it's not really a balk".
