Meh, I'm sure the Cavs as a team and staff spoke about getting Green to be T'd up. These people are professionals. Someone was well aware. It was probably more of a "take advantage of an opportunity if you see one".
Also, at this point the game was practically over and the Cavs were desperate for an advantage going into Game 5.

The poetic justice is when this will force Iguodala (who owns beachfront property in James' head), to play 40+ minutes. That is not good for Mr. James. So this pathetic little plan will probably backfire, unlike the rigged 2006 Finals when Stack got suspended on a very questionable flagrant 2.

I don't think you realize that I agree with you.
Personally I wouldn't have given any techs post game, but I'm don't work for the NBA.
I also think the "punch" was more about Draymond swinging at his position from the ground...if he had been more upright the location of his target would have been different.
