I have definitely seen him create his own shot plenty of times. West runs fricking Iso plays from the high post all the time.

Yao has been voted to like 15 of the damn things and he's played in what? 3? 4?

Not a good indication of a dude's talents bruh.

No doubt, but West will never be voted by coaches again and for a better indicator of his talent,He will NEVER EVER make an All-NBA team.

Given the quantity of quality Power Forwards in the league the past few seasons and currently, that's really nothing to be ashamed of.

which means he is nothing more than a complimentary piece to Chris Paul and not in the discussion of top PFs. Follow along now if your second best player isn't near the top of his position, than you don't have a chance at winning a title.

He's not a premier player at his position due to the sheer number of good-great players at it. Doesn't help his cause that he has a top 5 point guard on the team and New Orleans doesn't exactly get a lot of media love for basketball.

It's called competition,GA.Either your at the top or you are an also ran.Considering your a South Carolina fan you should be real familiar with the concept.

It absolulty helps his cause the CP3 is here,he makes West who he is and brings more attention to the Hornets than any other reason.Don't give me that bullshite.Without Cp3,West wouldn't be half the player he is.

So either you are an elite stud or a scrub? I don't follow this logic.

His FG% went up last year even though CP3 missed 28 games. Maybe.... just maybe... they compliment each other well

The Detroit Pistons won a title in 2004 without truly elite superstars.

while you can say they weren't number 1 at their positions,Rasheed Wallace was a top 3 power forward at the time(behind KG and TD) and Billups was a top 5 PG.Along with Rip being a Top 7 SG and Ben Wallace being the best defensive center in the game, I'd say they had the right combination of guys close to the top at their position.
