Personally I believe so, I think Stevens makes up for the loss of one star due to excellent coaching. It all comes down to Brown or Tatum stepping up (which Brown put on a show last night). I’d love to see a Brad Stevens team go against CC/GSW

With Kyrie and Hayward, yes.

This current roster will get run off the court.

nope. lebron is the greatest player ever and nothing will stop him from reaching the finals. he is playing with the kind of intensity that will be remembered when people think of the greatest eastern conference teams of all time. boston cant guard him and wont stop the clutch plays that he has become known for such as game winners vs the pacers and raptors.

Yeah they do. Celtics are about equal talent wise to their team last year. What they lost in IT (who is/was overrated) they've made up for in Tatum plus big steps forward from Brown and Rozier.
And Cavs are worse than they were last year without Kyrie

They'll put up more of a fight than Toronto did, which I know isn't saying much.

I could see them pushing it to six games.

Simply put, no.

Honestly, it's a win if theyanage to win two games.

People are not confident in Houston or Boston, but I realistically see that as the finals.

Boston has improved. Houston is very talented and deep.

Biggest thing is, unlike Lowry and derozan, scary Terry and Tatum have not cowered or disappeared.

Who is the best player LeBron has defeated in the Eastern Conference playoffs?

— great question posed on twitter earlier.

Hmm, I'd have to think on it but a prime (MVP) Derrick Rose is the first that comes to mind.

ETA: a late-prime Vince Carter is also a contender, in 07.

Boston with the Big 3, the group that won an NBA championship previously.

If they can play it where Lebron gets his but everyone is shutdown then I give them a strong chance. But if Cleveland plays like they did in Toronto it will be a sweep or a 5 game series.
