I'll play along.
First, we have no clue what is in the sworn affidavits.
Second, they are nothing more than a sworn version of he said, she said, when taken on their own merit.
Third, if anything in the affidavit is contradicted by physical evidence, the physical evidence will obviously prevail. There were rumors that the affidavits stated Jameis was never with the woman, and if that is the case, then last night's developments certainly contradict that statement.
Jameis can prove his innocence by his account of the events, accompanied by witness testimonies and physical evidence that supports his case. Hell, he is innocent until proven guilty, so the burden of proof is not on Jameis in the first place.
I'm not sure why everyone feels the need to take a definitive stance on the issue at this point. The current, known evidence does not prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is guilty by any means. However, some on here feel the need to demonize the alleged victim without knowing all of the facts. Vice versa, people are hating on Winston without all of the facts as well. Both are equally wrong, IMO.
