Exactly. And cord cutters would be more likely to buy Sunday ticket since its a standalone service but they're also losing subscriptions to that.

I can also confirm the saints front office is receiving calls and complaints from sponsors
The main one being Commjnity coffee who just signed a million dollar deal with the saints to take part in a "salute to our veterans" program at saints games
They haven't ended it, but they are not exactly happy with the saints stance considering the money they spent. I think the next few weeks will be interesting.

I guarantee you the information that DirecTV will get from who is cancelling, why, etc is worth a lot of money
They could probably predict years in the future based on who cancels for what reasons
