Don't forget that the human athlete has evolved more over the last 15-20 years than they did the previous 100.

Athletes in the 90's were just so small, weak, and slow. Really not any more advanced than they were in the 1890s.

Are you giving someone credit for staying with a team with Pippen and Phil Jackson as the head coach?

ell 6 for 6 is perfection......

AND I doubt Bron sees 9 finals. Plus two of the Finals he has already lost was on the best two teams and teammates he has had..........

6 for 6 is perfection only if you had a 6 year career.......

If you made the finals 6 times and won each time, You would not want to be part of being called perfect?????

Lebron will always have 2011 against him.

No it wouldn't be perfect because you didn't win it the other years you lost first round. You could say you were perfect on the finals yes. But in no logical way is 6-0 a better career than 6-3. Hell, 6-13 would be better than 6-0

That's been my point all along. He doesn't have to do jack shite to make the finals every year because the EC is so damn weak

This year, yes. His team had their own problems as well though. The Pacers the last few years were not terrible. The 2011 Bulls weren't either.

How the frick do you figure this when he tried to win the finals in all of his other years and wasn't even good enough to make it there?

just my opinon what makes jordans run better..once he made his first final...he mad3 his first finals he never played a full season again (wizards excluded) without being the champion. so the argument of not making the finals benf worst than losing in finals doesn't apply to michaels prime years since every season he was there for opening game of season..his team won the finals.so him going perfect is more impressive as he never didnt make the finals once they got over pistons hump.

Just my opinon doe

Ok.Hold on....before this year..Bron has been to 5 finals... He is 2-3 so far...Right???? So that means he needs to win it this year and then 3 more before he is done to even sniff 6-3... So lets back off whats better..MJ was 6-0.. Brn IS 2-3...The debate stops right there......

I can't believe y'all are going to argue with a dude that has been posting in this thread for like 9 hours straight. It's obvious he's not going to change his mind so it's really pointless to keep going.

I was going by myself against all the Lebronites for an hour or so this morning. It's pretty funny to get ganged up on by people who weren't in even in their teens to watch MJ live.

lsupride says he's not a LBJ fanboy but has spent all day arguing seemingly against MJ. And in the same breath says he's not trying to bring Jordan down

My favorite part is where he said...

quote:

IF IF IF IF IF IF

Yet the guy has been stating opinion and hyperbole as facts the whole thread like he's immune of the "IF" game.
