I know that team performance isn't a factor. So why did Lebron say it was ?

For?

Lebron said team performance is a factor, this poster says correctly that it isn't. So what is Lebrons excuse?

All my questions have been sensible

How can you read this quote and decipher what you got from it, unless you just have hatred for him.

He said that if his team doesn't win consistently, then he doesn't deserve the MVP. To break it down for you further, he is shouldering the blame for not leading his team to a better record. Read it slowly if you need to.

Any sensible reason you're obsessed with Lebron?

It's just Lebron complaining is what it is.

Not at any one point should the team be mentioned for a solo award. If that is the point he wanted to communicate, he should have said "I didn't make the team good enough".

Which begs the question, why do you give a shite?

So...most valuable to what then?

He did, but you're clearly way too biased against to see that, you've made that painfully obvious.

Next time put this at the beginning of your post so I can stop reading earlier on.

It's funny how the insecure Jordan backers accuse other people of whining, yet they are the first to be little insecure bitches about LBJ and cry about it.

I took it to mean he knows he's the leader of the team and their inconsistencies are due primarily to him. But by all means, go forth with your agenda.

Sounds like he's taking the success and failure of his team on his own back.

I don't see what the problem here is.

Nothing is wrong with this. I don't understand why people hate on Lebron. Guess they hate the best.

When LBJ wins it's because he is the king. When he loses it's because his team's performance wasn't up to par. The comparisons to MJ, Magic, Kobe or just not fair to LBJ. When his career is over he will have 3-5 rings with 3 different teams because he knows he can't stay in one place and have a team built around him. He is, and should never be, referred to as King, the greatest, etc. He is simply one of the best to play.
If he had a pair of nuts he would have never left Cleveland so he could have solidified his legacy as one of the greatest of all-time by winning rings with one franchise.

It's easy to see why he is unlikable by so many real basketball fans...

You mean Durant?

Pretty sure no one in the NBA, at least in the last 15 years or so, has had as much criticism as Lebron. Prior to the last 2 years.

And before someone tries to take this out of context, that's not a shot at KD. Just saying LeBron was taking way more heat at the same point in his careet.

How many of the NBA's top 10 players of all-time played for more than 1 team?

sounds like a legitimate quote where he agrees with the winner and wants to give the winner props, while not taking away the limelight

quote:

Lebron just can't admit that Durant outclassed him. Lebron isn't better than MJ now, and never will be. He is a whiner and mentally weak. At the end of the day, lebron stats probably > Kobe, but at least Kobe has some competitive drive in him.

holy
fricking
shite
