Does not compute.

He did a great job, but not perfect.

People are giving him a pass because he is white.

Clowney made an insane play against Michigan. He has all the measurables. But in my mind the Texans made the wrong move drafting him. They should have just kept Mario Williams, as he is still bringing it.

Not saying Clowney is a bust, but the guy has very poor work ethic and takes whole games off sometimes. They should have went ODB in the 1st round. Or grabbed an OL.

Khalil Mack with Watt would've been just filthy.

Besides wasting the top pick on a total piece of shite who has no interest in football, yea he did a solid job. Needs a QB.

Mario Williams demanded way too much money, and he is bringing it as a 4-3 DE. But Clowney is also more of a 4-3 DE. Mack was the right choice for a 3-4 pass rusher.

I don't know if Watt can handle being part of a team.

I know I know, he's just the only early 1st rounder offensive playmaker I could think of. But you get my point.

gross. pay him $100M to get sacks when were up or down 3 touchdowns? no thanks. we made the playoffs as soon as he left town. if we had mario, our salary cap would be a mess trying to retain JJ. the truth is, JJ is everything we thought mario would be. perfectly fine having mario waste away in canada--EERRRRR-- buffalo.

Yeah, no need to have two Watt's on the team.

Drafting the best WR in the NFL is funny?

Remember when you OSU guys said Hyde was better than Hill? Good times

Well 91 catches and 1300yds and 13TDs in 12 games too me would warrant a 1st overrall pick. We didn't know that then but we do now so tit for tat. I just think Clowney is gonna be a disappointment.

They needed an offensive playmaker to offset their poor QB situation.

Jesus frick, hindsight is annoying as shite.

The Texans were not taking a WR. The choices were Clowney, Mack, or their #1 QB.

Hindsight is 20/20 but I'm sure they would love to go back in time to trade down, get more picks and get OBJ instead of clowney
