Pretty much impossible for them to have kept him.
Could they have cut Hightower or something and kept hm for 1 or 2 more years before Brady quit?

Or just trade Brady..?

He refused to negotiate for that. He wanted to play immediately and I don’t blame him for that

Franchising him would completely hamstring their roster. They would have close to 50 mil cap hit atleast tied up in 2 players

Oh the guy who just won the MVP at 40? Was never going to happen.

Also Brady had a crazy 27 million dollar trade kicker, and if they would have done it before last summer it would’ve been a 27 million dollar dead money hit on the patriots.

The pats made their Brady-Garrappollo choice years ago. Simple as that.

Ok fine.

My dream was for Jimmy and Bill to keep the dynasty rolling. It hurts my heart that it won't happen.

Hoodie and TB12 should just retire after winning SB #6, no sense in continuing to play/coach after you reach the top and Mount Rushmore accomplishments, end it on a high note

I'm holding out hope that Bill is such a count that he hangs around and wins more SBs to prove that Brady isn't GOAT

Most say that about your big tittie ex and you fricked that up. Maybe that’s where all this anger is coming from

Start Brady. Play Jimmy g
a lot.

Win now. Trade Brady for 1 and a 3 to Arizona.

What if I told you an entire sports dynasty could be dismantled with one stupid trade.

Yeah, this is exactly like that trade

Jimmy isn't even that good.

I honestly disagree. Jimmy G has the arm talent and skills to be a stud. Matt Cassell was not quite on Jimmy’s level if watching film on both.

is it weird for me to say, as a heterosexual, pussy craving male, that I think Jimm G is a 10/10?

You’re an idiot if you think that was an actual feasible situation. Brady was never getting traded and never will.
