Cheap hit. Should be done for the rest of the year. 100% tried to hurt him really bad. That being said....don't make a choking gesture towards a teams best player ( as a rookie ) and not expect something to happen. Pittman took it way too far but it is what it is. This board would think it's funny if a Pacer player did it to Wade or Lebron.

because Wade and Lebron mocked Dirk after pregame shootaround, without the other team around.
Stephenson is the last person on the Pacer bench, and he openly mocked the league MVP for missing a free throw during the game.
Not to mention all the other hard fouls that have went on this series. In context this is not a big deal.

y'all must be youngsters. I grew up on 80's/90s bball. This was common place among teams that didn't like each other.

NEver mind the NBA has been specifically regulating against that type of behavior for some time now.
its not a basketball play. it had nothing to do with the game. it was a cheap shot and there is NO defense of it.
