Unless someone blows them away with a trade offer, this is absolutely what they should do.

Looks like they will atleast try to do that
We’ll see if they have the stomach to see it through

It would be more like Baker, OBJ, and two 1st round picks.
The Browns would tell the Texans to eat their arse and hang up.

Hopefully they stick to their guns

I agree and it would be dumb for the Browns to do that, but two first round picks is going to be the starting point for the Texans.

I think at least 3

2 could get it done if it comes from someone like NYJ or MIA who have very high picks this year. 2 could also get it done if there is a young, cheap player coming their way also.

No way. Texans get at least 3 1sts. People are floating Miami offering Tua, 3 1sts and a 2nd. Its only going to grow over the next couple of weeks.
Going to be a windfall for the Texans. Gives credence to the point that the Texans are the ones fueling all of this. They want a reset and want to drive up the price on Watson..

He is a really good QB, but I’m not giving away 3 1st rounders for him.....

The Broncos got two firsts, a 2nd and Kyle Ryan Fitzpatrick prototype Orton for Jay Cutler.
The Jets can offer that and still keep their own picks.

Find it ironic when it's the player on a bad contract the narrative is his team shouldn't owe him the remainder they should find a way to dump his contract or cut the cost.
Yet when it's the team being horribly ran and the player wants to go, the player should honor his contract.
The hypocrisy is just smh lol.

Deshaun Watson officially has requested a trade from the Houston Texans, per league sources. He actually did it weeks ago.

You make a valid point, however the player willing signed the contract AFTER all the “bad moves” were made. He knew what he signed up for. Rather than be a part of the solution, he’s clearly made himself THE problem in Houston.
