Top team in the AFC now and inside track to homefield throughout the playoffs.

Great defense and timely offense, they could do damage in the playoffs. Denver or the Texans are looking like the team that will represent the AFC but the experience of Allen could make the difference.

I have watched a few of their games. NIX look very good and I think he is a perfect fit for paytons system. I think they are a 1st round wr away from being something like what payton had in new orleans. for now, their defense is good enough to keep them in games.

Payton is a great coach and knows how to build a winning atmosphere and motivate players. not many games I can remember being blown out by anyone during paytons tenure in new orleans. without a doubt a top 3 coach in the league.

also had the colts beat on the road before committing a penalty on a 60+ yd FG so that goes against what you said to an extent. close wins, and bad losses

bullshite

He tried to leave for the Rams in 2016. He tried to leave for the Dolphins in 2020.

He had it made up in his mind he HAD to leave because Bill Parcells said so

Mariota looked better than Nix last night lol.
And the broncos D is supposed to be way better than the shitty commanders.

He's really good, and has a system that works.

He finds his QB, he and his QB will work. And many times prosper.

BS... Payton had a lot of pull with drafting players, more power than most coaches... He and Loomis didn't have any issues.. It was just the timing with drafting a QB he wanted. He went from Brees to Jameis Winston and Teddy Bridgewater for Christ sake. You think if the Chiefs didn't move up and poach Mahomes he wouldn't still be here? Besides, I think the "no call" took a lot out of Payton, and his trust with the NFL. I guess the guy needed a re-set if you will.

The wildcard in the playoffs is what does the bills defense look like with Ed Oliver back? Currently they are the worse rush defense in the nfl

If he makes them middle of the pack the bills have the best shot. If they can’t improve the rush defense it’s just not possible to count on your offense to score 30 plus points 4 straight games against playoff defenses

Saints should never have fired him.

Loomis says he's having a fluke season.

Meh, Allen can do that pretty easy. Lean on the run game to keep the other QB on the sideline with Cook and Allen controlling the clock. No turnovers and Allen is likely winning his first SB.
