Wasn't Tui(other letters) in Hawaii? Also he didn't harm, threaten, intimidate, or defraud Teo.

He was given consent to use those pictures. Not only that, but can you tell me how harming, intimidating, threatening or defrauding come into this case?

I wonder how much the lawyer answered vs Te'o. Te'o sounds a little 'slow'.

And, if this Tuiasosopo did break the law, then how come he hasn't been arrested yet?

Well one advantage of an off camera interview is that nobody else has to see your body language.

If Te'o is REALLY a 100% victim, he will sue the hoaxer for intentional infliction of emotional distress and for loss of consortium. That would be epic. Won't happen, because phone records would be released.
If Te'o is willing to file suit I might just swing into the "he is the dumbest person alive" camp.

I can't believe he actually said that this hoax affected his performance in the NCG.
actually maybe he's telling the truth..and by that I mean he played shitty because he knew his a-hole was about to get turned inside out after the media figured out the hoax.

He's probably too dumb to think that far ahead.

He's not suing anyone. He wants this to go away and first round contracts aren't what they used to be so he won't use the courts to intimidate anyone.
NTM he'd be an idiot to sue his accomplice

you never know.
Lance made millions off suing people who were right and he was wrong

No team better draft this guy in the first round. Either he's a scheming psychopath or he has an IQ of 10.

I'm not sure how Te'o was damaged. Tuiassospoopaisufpo allowed him to feel true love for the first time in his life!

A big question mark in that though is why does "lennay" call from the grave when they are in on it together? How to they let themselves blow the hoax up in THIS manner.
Was it a mistake?
Why does Te'o tell anyone about the call if he is completely in on it?
