This is a man who volunteers to work in a job in which he drives a large truck pulling a trailer with a jet engine powered by jet fuel around a race track with 43 little rocket ships on wheels.
I'm pretty sure he has assumed the risk and signed away his rights to sue anyone for anything up to an including the end of the world.

It's not like each camera only records one square inch at a time. No excuse not to have a decent angle, hell any angle of this happening (that's not from across the track).
