It's sports, they all live crazy lifestyles with drugs and alcohol that destroy their bodies.

You can't narrow this down unless there was some dude without any drug problems that died young from Pneumonia or something like Tim Richmond.

The odds of a circumcised male contracting HIV from an HIV positive woman not on treatment with a detectable viral load is around 0.1%, or 1 in 1000. It's much lower if the woman is on treatment or has a low viral load, around 0.04%.

Now given than Magic had sex with random women after literally every game, statistically it's not surprising he got it from a heterosexual encounters. The man probably slept with 500+ women a year.
