Would it be against the rules to have Correa bat blind folded?

I kind of feel he’d be better off blindfolded.

just bench the "future Alex Rodriguez" already. enough is enough. regardless of how well he's playing defensively, he's an automatic out at the plate at this point.

It's a shame because he's clearly got a back issue that is killing him at the plate but his defense is fine. Need to bat him 8th or 9th.

We have left many runs on the table today.

We might be winning if we could catch up to meatballs square over the plate.

Should we also have benched Springer in the postseason last year?

To be fair, Springer wasn't playing hurt. But no, we should not bench Correa if his defense is still good.

Totally different situation. Correa has been complete shite at the plate since coming off the DL two months ago.

Springer had his lulls but never that long.

I'm guessing we will end up resigning Marwin in part because he'll be our shortstop to start next season while Correa recovers from back surgery.

Jabroni would prefer you call it the white privilege flag.

I have a few drunken texts with a buddy during the 0-3 run in New York about how we need to let springers overrated arse walk.

We’re gonna need to score off either Bauer or Hand if we’re gonna win this game

If Bauer pitches 3 innings today I wonder if he’d be available tomorrow

No, Correa was slumping prior to the DL stint.

What he is able to do on the bases and defensively really debunks the whole "back" thing for me.

Your back doesn't cause you to not be able to read a pitch out the hand.

His approach at the plate was fundamentally changed, and I'm guessing maybe not of his own doing. He is lost right now. There is no disputing that. He's lost exit velo mostly b/c he doesn't square anything up, not b/c of his "back".
