I don’t think it’s possible to score more than 3 runs a game this trip. Unbelievably wasted chances throughout this game.

Not that I respect a lot of Hinch's decisions, but if Miley is on the playoff roster in any capacity, my respect for him is completely gone. Miley is useless and has no role whatsoever.

You knew that inning was doomed as soon as Hinch pinch ran for Alvarez. That’s the third time in recent memory he’s pinch run for him with the expectation he wouldn’t be needed again and the previous two times have gone to extra innings and his spot came up again except he wasn’t in it.

I realized a catcher needed to come out when we pulled maldonado but like Has been the case, Stubbs bats in alvarez’ Spot with two on. Someone needs to point out to Hinch that everytime he pinch runs for Alvarez his spot comes back around. Not that he would listen.

Garbage. Can’t put a ball in play with 1 out and swinging away when the pitcher is about to walk you. At least make him throw 3-2.
