Miraculously the Astros clinched a playoff spot last night despite their best efforts. They still trail the frick an A’s by -3.5 games for the division crown. Somehow the boys learned how to hit at home just in time for postseason. Hopefully after tonight we can trim the division deficit.

Minor concern, Cole and the HR ball. He had close to dominating stuff last night and still managed to give up 3 over 7.

Cole is guaranteed to strike. Out 10 and give up 4 runs in the playoffs. Mostly on Homers. It's who he is.
