Game over. Season is definitely over. I think we'll get crushed next game. The Astros have the worst timed hitting ever. Too many double plays in crucial situations. I can think of 4 runs in these two games that were erased with double terribly timed double plays.

At least Beltran has the wheels of a 39 year old still

Devenski was trash that inning

Devenski's off-speed stuff is strangely effective.

Lol Beltran certainly looked 39 years old there

If Bergman, Altuve and Correa can't score a run this inning, we're done.

Yea that 80 mph slider on 1-2 count had nasty breaking action first batter

First off, I refuse to spend $1 following this team next year if Castro is anything but a spot starting catcher.
Secondly, Lucroy and Beltran both placed those balls firmly in Luhnow's anus.
And back to Castro, anyone on here that mentions Castro and above average defense in the same sentence is officially ignored by me.

Yeah, he has a weird delivery and a great change. His velocity plays up in relief, but those who think he should be a starter one day are mistaken. He'd have to add another plus pitch.

That delivery won't stand as a starter.

Getting Jefress reminds me of Mike Adams acquisition in 2010 from Padres. He was crucial to that pennant run
He's got a 96 MPH sinker..good luck

The name Adams reminds me of Gomez Adams. And that reminds me of Carlos Gomez. I don't like Carlos Gomez.

Can we please swing at the outside corner strike? So Fricking frustrating.

As much as I hate to say this, Bregman looks scared to swing the bat.
