I agree. I just don’t see any reason for days off, especially against good teams, this late in the season with only a 4.5 game lead. Not to mention the team chasing us has a very favorable schedule the next couple of weeks.

Off days are probably picking up now because they have a lead. The off days among the big boys are probably down from last year, save for The Pussy’s almost 3 month long absence for a shin bruise. They’re also in the middle of 18 consecutive games without an off day, and the off day won’t get here til next Tuesday.
Wonder how much of the lack of off days is a philosophical change now that Dusty Doofus is gone and versus the fact they got buried in an early hole.
