He was hitting .336 when we left Detroit. He's hit .202 since then.

Not a positive trend. I was really impressed with him earlier this year, kind of disappointed he has fallen off

Apparently he threw high 90s as a pitcher.

Did y'all read the article on how Jabroni gets better as the game goes along because he uses his fastball less? Seems like he needs to establish the heater to make the offspeed stuff work, but that average fastball tends to get whacked too much early.

Yeah, seems like the reason he was even better last year was because his fastball was much better

Seeing it already. Lots of fastballs early in the count. Not sure why you pump in two straight to the best hitter in the league though.

Nice start for Doctor J.

He's had 3 really bad starts (5 or more ER) that kind of skew his season stats. He's made 23 starts and in the 20 good starts he's 12-4 with a 3.27 ERA. In the 3 really bad starts he went 1-2 with a 14.21 ERA.

So he hasn't been as good as last year by a long shot but for the most part he's been a solid pitcher for us outide of 3 ballgames.

I've got the Tigers broadcast.

According to them, JD Martinez wasn't given the opportunity to get in the lineup day after day in Houston. Mmmmmmk.

Derp. Research is overrated.

Altuve put a little too much air under that relay throw.

My patience is wearing thin with Gomez. We don't need him to hit .300. Just to be better than Marisnick. That seperation has been minimal.
