And I think they are always stuck between rebuild and try to compete because of their market and owner. But I guarantee you that the Angels will never tear it all down to rebuild with Scioscia as manager.

Or with Trout still on the team w/ his in hindsight, team friendly contract. Gotta take advantage of it when you can.

I think they could get away with a brief rebuild with Trout followed by a spending spree if it only took a couple of years. But no way Mike S. would stick around for that.
