Was coming here to say the same, very frustrating.
Bullpen gonna have to absorb a bunch of innings it looks like after another ineffective start.

Disgustingly gutless pathetic effort from Spencer. What a disgrace the starters have been this series
Shoot may need 3 slightly below league average starters at the deadline. These bottom three are tough watches. Spencer probably ends up slightly below league average but the pussyfooting around the strike zone and walks are tough
Some credit to the Nats too. Good patient game plan and they absolutely bang. Very fun team

Arrighetti can’t afford to pound the zone
He will get pounded. To be effective, he has to nibble like McCullers. He just hasn’t been able to pitch around his walks like he did to start the year
