So disappointing

Especially when you see what was dealt for Gray Darvish and Wilson. Hard to believe something couldn't get done.

Its especially frustrating to see the Yankees and Cubs get the haul they did. They killed it. Two great organizations did what they had to do. Last year we even got embarrassed by the Rangers at the deadline...although they definitely lost on that deal.

Or I realize that a major league GM knows more about the game, the current team and the market than I do.

Not all major league GM's are created equal. Seems like other GMs in the league, GMs that have built world series champions, made plenty of moves at the deadline. Guess Luhnow must be equal with Theo Epstein and Brian Cashman, huh? World series must not mean shite.

So you admit you're more concerned with perception than results?

Not at all. They aren't mutually exclusive.

"They know we tried," Luhnow on the players on roster.

You don't have a damn clue what you are talking about. You don't have a clue what went on in those conversations, what the Astros offered and what the counters were. You don't know our full injury report, what the clubhouse morale is and how each individual move may have factored into this team.

In short, you know very little about what actually went on today and you are running your mouth like you were in the room.

Know-it-all "Fans" like you are the absolute worse.

But we made it out of the day without effecting the farm. Boy I love farms!

Just bring Kyle Tucker up already. Might as well get our money's worth instead of letting him hide out in the minors. Start him and Derek Fisher everyday.

Then lets get Bukauskas ready to start by the end of August.

I don't think the current winner can just pass the torch like that.

I'm not trying to say I know it all. You're the one trashing other posters saying they aren't intelligent enough to post in here.

If anything, you're the one who's the "know-it-all".

I don't personally attack other posters intelligence unless they attack mine. Thats always been my rule. You brough that shite in this thread and you see how its taken...not kindly.

Lets stop with the personal attacks.

I wouldn't mind the possibility for Bukauskas to be in the pen by end of August FWIW
