Can you blame him? He got two top 100 prospects (including a top 5 pitching prospect) for Adam Eaton. I mean Adam Eaton is a fine player but the price the nats paid was absurd.

I bet he fielded some pretty solid offers. Obviously nothing has been confirmed but I'd guess we offered Martes and a few other good prospects. Kyle Tucker was probably the deal breaker.

Since last year, Quintana's ground ball rate is down to around 40%. I don't want him anymore.

I suppose the downside of less strikeouts is more balls getting put in play and that = more groundouts/GIDPs
