The Twins ran a bullpen game Monday night, and that game was delayed by rain. Espada has to say things to fill time and notebooks, but he should at least pretend to put some effort into some of these quotes.

That’s incredibly disingenuous from Joe they essentially had 15 innings against the 29th ranked bullpen in baseball, somehow worse than his own, and they scored 3 runs.
He can’t just shite all over his guys I understand, but at least be honest and say “Hey we really really stink right now. Lots of moving parts with injuries and all that but we’ve got to take advantage of any scoring opportunity we get” would suffice over the blanket facing good pitchers bullshite
