Shine on you crazy diamond as a walk up song? That is pretty heady

He barely even swung and it was all arms. Wouldn't surprise me if that guy is juicing.

Not able to watch but on gamecast had it low and inside, actually a little out of the zone. Sometimes the hitter just wins.

Now batting, the left fielder, No. 2, Alex Bregman.

Correa needs to do this team a favor and move over to 3rd.

That was not a hard play. Shaky so far. Real shaky.

Yeah prettty surprising cause I remember being pleasantly surprised at how good he was playing 3rd after being called up last year

You mean Yuli? That was an easy play for any guy on the left side of the infield. Bregs has to make that play.

Y'all remember when our lineup would have Marisnick or Castro up in the spot to lead off the inning?

frick, were hitting Graveman pretty good, just right at people

Not a timely feed to Altuve there by Correa. Too much movement instead of a side arm toss.
ETA: And it may prove very costly.
ETA2: Nope.

Defense hasn't been very sharp these first 2 weeks. Not necessarily bad, but I read how Cubs' defense last year was the best in team history by certain metrics. I think there's an obvious correlation to that and their success
Finally a stolen base

Smart of Graveman to load up the bases for double play master McCann
Posted on 4/14/17 at 10:07 pm to dhav14
Yeah he's not really the guy I want up here but hopefully we can get something out of it.
Posted on 4/14/17 at 10:07 pm to dhav14
Well that was a better result than DP

Professional hitter/player-manager/current disappointment Brian McCann
