I can't decide if having this really late night Astros baseball all season (and from now on) is awesome or a pain.

And we escape the 8th inning with our 8-3 lead intact.

Props to the guy who caught the foul ball in his beer cup and then chugged it.

I was thinking the same thing. It would have been a whole lot cooler before I had a child that wakes up around 6 every morning. But I can't go to bed without knowing we got the W.

Truth be told I may not be watching too much after May or so.. So it won't matter then.

I haven't watched the finish to these last 2. Fortunately theyve not been close. But its gonna suck to have to decide between watching the end of a late ball game or getting some sleep. I hate the west coast games so far.

That'll do it.

Peacock picks up his first win of the season.

The Astros scored 8 runs on 15 hits (that's 37 hits and 24 runs over the last two days):

Astros take their first series, winning 8-3!

We're no longer in last place

And can people maybe talk about how shitty the Marlins are? They're worse than we are

I have a feeling Chris Carter is gonna be an incredibly streaky hitter this season. No in between ice cold and red hot. But as long as he hits 25 or so homers and drives in 80+ that'll be fine by me

This. He's already got 16 strikeouts or something like that, so he better jack some homers to make up for that
