He's there because he drove by the parade himself an hour before it started because he didn't realize he had to go to Minute Maid Park first to meet up. So he was directed there. So he's here somewhere.

Houston TV production of this parade is embarrassing themselves.
I understand their limitations, but I could have drove up and gave a better narrative so far.
