Much prefer Atlanta having the title than Boston, ny or LA

Haven't read the thread in a few hours so I'm sure it's all been mentioned, but...

1. Sure as hell doesn't feel like it right now, but it's been a great season. Another AL West crown and another pennant is nothing to be ashamed of

2. It's hard as frick to win the world series. You need 3 straight series against good teams with everything clicking, and unfortunately we couldn't finish the 3rd

3. I'm damn proud of our bullpen, they were incredible all postseason. Really looking forward/hoping to see Maton continue to develop

4. Happy (as I can be) for the Braves. Fans are good people. They've got a likable team for the most part. Especially happy for Freddie. This is just the beginning for them, similar to us in 2017

5. Looking forward to what is the most important off-season we've had in a long time. Should be a ton of rumors and speculation. Going to be a major disappointment if there's a long strike and there's no action with free agency

Another memorable year for the DAT, can't wait to do it all again with y'all next year

There’s a ton of money to spend and really only Correa leaving from the guys who contributed in the postseason. Still think this team has a good shot at the division next year. Need to add a front line starter

I’m legit happy for Atlanta especially after the allstar game crap. At least we aren’t watching the Dodgers or the Yankees or Boston celebrate.

Yeah I have no ill will toward the current Braves and am pretty indifferent similar to the Nats. Their fans deserve it, good for them.

The Rangers fans rooting for Atlanta is hilarious. Enjoy your shitty Amazon warehouse stadium and getting your arse kicked every year

Do you think the away fans are done with the hatred and booing? Honestly I think it’s the only reason we went as far as we did…galvanized the players and was a constant motivator.

We had the best offense ever, but playoff baseball always proves that better pitching prevails. We should have had it in 19 but Strasberg and scherzer were unbelievable, and this year it was the lefties for Atlanta. I hope crane and click remember that when figuring out where to spend all that money.

Not according to MLB

Maybe according to Rangers fantasy land……enjoy being second fiddle in baseball in Texas forever.

The lockout is looming. Ain't shite being spent till that's sorted out.

Losing Lance for the WS was a death blow for us.

I’m guessing they’ll try to sign Scherzer and he’ll start to show his age next year

Here's 2022 WS odds on MGM. Obviously so stupid to look at before free agency but still posting nonetheless for any sort of optimism

Can we sign the corpse of Clayton Kershaw? Shove that pill down Dodger fans throat. Of course they'll just sign JV to a 2 year 130 million contract and then trade 14 top 10 prospects to the Mets for DeGrom.

Lay the fricking house on the Jays. They're the Astros of old. Score a ton of runs, crush the ball and don't strikeout. They're gonna win a WS with this group.

I want Gausman. No QO, still relatively young. Expensive but likely 5-6 years type of length

Agree on the Jays. They’ll be aggressive too once the market actually opens up
