DAT 10/6 America's Astros (Frambaw) vs. A's (Manaea) 3:37 TBS

Top of the morning, DAT'ers! Sorry I am a little late this morning...there may have been a few too many celebratory cocktails last night.
The good ole boys did it again. In the face of all the hate and against all the odds, it looked just like 2017 yesterday as they destroyed the hated A-hole's.
October George Springer made his presence felt with 4 hits
And Carlito blasted 2 homers totalling about 850 feet. He wants to know what the haters have to say now:
The vaunted A's pen was outdone by a gritty group of Astro relievers who refused to be scored upon. The Astros are hot, they are confident, and they have one message for the A's:
In Frambaw we trust! Let's ride!

America's Astros
America loves a bad boy. She won't tell her mom she's rooting for the Astros but she secretly loves to see them win.

According to Correa, his surge can be traced to a mechanical adjustment he made with hitting coach Alex Cintrón during the last series of the regular season.
“Throughout the year, I was trying to find my power stroke. I couldn’t seem to find it,” Correa said. “I was looking back at video from 2017, and then when we were (in Arlington), Cintron told me, ‘Let’s look at 2015, when you got in the big leagues and you were doing great.’ I said, ‘All right.’ We saw a couple things on video with my hand position and the way I position my body, and it was completely different to what I was doing throughout this year.”
Baker gave Correa a day off during the penultimate game of the regular season. Correa spent it with Cintrón in the batting cage at Globe Life Field to try to get a feel for the adjustments. Correa said they began to click the next day, when he homered in the regular-season finale. His homer to right-center field in Game 2 of the wild-card series against the Twins validated his late-season changes.
“He always seems to rise to the occasion,” said Springer, the only player in Astros history with more postseason homers than Correa’s 14.

Manaaea? We should just forfeit and give y'all an 0-2 lead. frick. I hadn't been paying attention to the rotation and thought we had better plans. frick.

Thank you.
fricking A's and Beane are too damn smart for their own good in the post season every season.
Also, I miss the best 3rd baseman in baseball, Matt Chapman.

Most of you aren't gonna like what's about to happen today and there will be lots of finger pointing and hysterics by the usual crowd. That said... It may actually be for your own good.
