He was responsible for 8 of the 9 runs...scored 5 and drove in 3...Also mad an incredible running catch against the wall

It's crazy to think that he has only played in 35 career mlb games and is tearing the cover off the ball right now. In time he will cut down on the Ks and get even better.
If the rest of our top prospects pan out remotely close to how springer has, we should have a pretty damn good team in the coming years.

What impresses me most about him is he kept his attitude and belief in himself after struggling his first month. He was trying way to hard at first. He was able to take coaching to heart and he changed his approach proven by all of the lasers he has hit to opposite field. He's trusting his power now Instead of trying to hit every pitch 500 ft. He also is showing a good eye at the plate and is making highlight reel plays in right. Arrow is pointing way up. We need 2 or 3 more productive guys to fill in this lineup.
