I have had ogod experiences down there. Usually we rent a house in the more rural beach areas far from the resorts. We have partied at the local bars and in local places in Montiego Bay and that was fun We ere the only white folks there
That being said I never got close to KIngston where everyone and their brother said don't go

Yeah, I was watching the Olympics and I got to thinking how rare Pre's racing style was. He's one of my favorite athletes of all time. He's one of the main reasons running is as popular as it is right now. There's a guy I don't know if you've heard of him, his name is Anthony Famiglietti, he runs the 3000 M steeplechase. He races alot like Pre did.

We also have the best 4X100 relay team. And though it may sound ridiculous, don't be surprised if an American wins the marathon. Ryan Hall is an absolute distance running beast, and I think he can easily place in the top 3. Also, Anthony Famiglietti, a 3000 M steeplechaser also has a good chance of winning his event.
