Should be 1st 2nd nobody out. I hate framed pitches, call it a ball if it’s not over the plate.

They reward the pitcher that can’t find the plate with a borderline call instead of the batter with the good eye.

Again they are talking about framing pitches. It’s like college umps reward catchers for framing a pitch instead of the ball actually crossing the strike zone.
