He had a great look to end the game. That's a shot he hits in his sleep.

Agree. Not A homer but to say he sucked tonight would not be accurate

It seems like he makes a bunch of big shots when they have a small lead. He’s obviously made some when they’re down late, but it feels like a lot of em are ones with like a 4 point lead that gets it to 7

What was the stat they flashed about him being 0-7 with less than 20 seconds left?

0-7 when shooting the go ahead shot in the last 20 secs.

He's 0-8 now.

The fact that he gets zero grief for this is mind boggling.

For one game? Dude has 3 rings lol

EDT my bad. That sucks but that shot tonight wasn’t as easy as some make it out to be.

No one said for one game.

The stat references how awful he is when he needs to make shots.

No one is denying he isn't one of the top 5 players in the NBA or that he isn't arguably the best shooter in NBA history. But the stat given show he's awful when his team needs to make THE shot.

the lineup they had once Kevin and klay got hurt is worse than any lineup lebron ever had in the finals. Shaun Livingston has played his last minute in the nba. He wouldn’t have been a rotation player on any other team in the league. Cousins, probably at 50%. They Just had nothing out there. Did he miss some looks? Sure. But it is a make or miss league and Steph is the best shooter ever. Sometime they fall sometimes they don’t. A few shots rimming out doesn’t equal = choke. They were guarding him with three men. Of course i am a big Steph fan.

0-8 on opportunities to give your team the go ahead with 20 or less seconds left 100% = choke

No one's denying his talent or his place, but he clearly isn't on the same level with the game on the line.

Not “easy” but that’s a solid look for an elite 3 point shooter

Do we have a stat for LeBron like that? I've never seen it.

If LBJ gets all the flak he gets, then Curry should be crucified by those standards with the shite show he puts on in the clutch.

if you move it up to 40 second left he probably goes to closer to his averages. You can play with the numbers lots of ways. And you are disregarding the games that aren’t even close bc he buried the opposition with a couple minutes left. Ie the sample size is too small.

Curry
Livingston
Draymond Green
Iggy
Cousins

That lineup is better than Lebrons 2015 squad without Kyrie and love and his first run with the cavs against the spurs

This has zero to do with the stat

Are we just going to say "Well let's look at his shot percentage in the last 47 minutes of games? Curry is doo doo when his team needs him to go ahead.

Which is odd considering he is swishing half court shots otherwise. Clearly his nerves take over with the game on the line on the last possession (which is why 40 secs is a terrible counter argument)
