I don't think Bartman was around the stadium, and I didn't see any goats (except Fukudome and the Cubs defense).

Who put the curse on the lovable losers this year?

playing on TBS

Now that is the first legit excuse I've heard from any Cub fan. I have to agree that bar none TBS has been the worst broadcast hands down this side of Joe Buck/Tim MCCarver.

Chip Carey is turrable.

Actually, most people on here have been saying how great a crew the TBS guys are, especially with Ron Darling and Harold Reynolds. You're the first person that Ive seen on here saying otherwise.

Yes, 4444 you are correct. The Cub fans are the 4th graders and I'm playing go-fish with them.

TBS does suck for the playoffs, having them broadcast the games doesn't make sense, i know they bought the rights, but still, i think it would be better on Fox or ESPN

TBS sucks???? Your delusional and prob not a MLB fan. 90% of baseball coverage throughout the year is covered on regional TV to regional markets, etc... TBS does a great job of keeping that same feel for the playoffs while bringing great HD video and sounds from the field. Not animated robots complete with robot sounds dragging excessive screen blocking animations around the screen half the game... see FOX NFL coverage.

I blame Lou. He should have started Big Z in game one. He is your ace for a reason.

You obviously didn't see his three starts following the no hitter, He was horrible. The mistake Lou made was letting him throw 105 pitches coming of the DL in the no hitter.

pitching wise Big Z had a decent game, the f'ing infield gave up 4 errors, i think 3 of which in the first inning..

im a cubs fan and not blaming anyone or anything, we caught the hottest team since the break and got spanked, it sucks, but cubs fans are relentless...hopefully i will see them get on one day...

Sweet Lou should have thrown that series against the mets so we would face them first round in the playoffs instead of the dodgers...

I blame the players. They didn't play well, and the Dodgers did. It's really pretty simple. I'm glad I could take the time out of my day to explain this to you.

Tomorrow we can work on the days of the week, or colors and shapes if you'd like that better.

Right before game 1 started, I called j4cade, a huge Cubs fan, and told him,
quote:

There's no way that the Cubs won't win the World Series. Nothing could possibly go wrong now. Not even God can stop the Cubs.
I take full responsibility. Sorry, j4cade.
