He’ll only be heard from again when he claims racism bc he sucks at football.

Shadeur will have a worse career than Bronny James

However, by your avatar I can see you are a 100% racist. I can imagine how miserable you feel knowing that the USA' whole governing system is designed to give you privileges and the best positions without any effort on your part. Now, the oligarchs are requiring you to work and toil for a living and you looking around dumbfounded and emotionally unstable. Finding pleasure in life as a hater and blaming powerless minorities for your miserable life.

Downvotes have nothing to do with this situation! He’s a primadonna with 4th-5th rd talent. Exactly where he was drafted. He went 13-12 in the Big 12 with a top 2 pick as his WR. The last time the Big 12 won a natty was 2005. He was drafted exactly where his talent is commensurate to his pick.

Ewers fell further

No he didn't Plenty of Mocks had Ewers going in the 6th or 7th round. The majority of mocks had Sanders at top 5 and minimum of top 21.

How come no one made a big deal about him??

Because he went where most people projected him to go

I don't like Shadeur and am no tgetting in yalls race debate, but you're just wrong here.

The very reason Colin Kaepernick was blackballed.

Having a QB rating of 78, completion percentage of 59%, throwing 6 TDs and 5 ints, while taking 28 sacks as a full stat line for a season, followed by getting benched for Blaine Gabbert the next season, while demanding Brady and Manning money got him "blackballed".

The Ravens and Steelers offered him a roster spot, he refused and wanted to be a starter and wanted starter money, after playing poorly and being a PR headache. That's why he wasn't in the league.

No rookie has it "figured out"
Exactly. That's why they need to come in humble and ready to learn. Not blowing off interview prep.

There's no logical reason to draft a 26yrs old QB in the 2nd round that's been injured 6 of 7 year in college over, a 23 year old QB that finish 8th in the heisman voting.
Attitude, especially if you're talking about someone presumably being brought in to be the starting QB. You want someone with a coachable attitude, not one that blows off their pre-draft interviews. And a QB who will mesh well with the culture you're trying to establish in the locker room...not one branding himself as "Legendary" before he even takes a snap in an NFL practice.

And Heisman voting doesn't mean shite to NFL teams. Go back and look at the list of past Heisman winners. There's been 25 Heisman winning QB's since 1990 and maybe 4 of them could be considered as ever becoming franchise QB's....with the jury still being out on 2 more since they only just finished their rookie seasons. Far more former Heisman winners were complete NFL busts, while the rest ended up as borderline NFL starters or career backups.

Remember when the Ravens were looking to bring Kaepernick in, but then Kaep's girlfriend posted a racist tweet about the team owner and Ray Lewis. He blackballed himself.

Look, I am aware of what Eli and Elway did.

But save for basically those 2 prospects' sagas (which were both higher rated coming out of CFB than Sanders, and combined for 4 titles): these are job interviews when you talk to these teams.

And Shadeur appears to have walked in with total arrogance and disregard for this process. And it cost him. We'll see how he rebounds. Cautionary tale.

No, he beat the Heisman winner (Troy Smith) in the BCS title game. I think Leak may have been mentioned as a possible contender early in the season, but he wasn't even a finalist.

I won't stop thinking the NFL is racist until the league is majority black and most/all of the top ten picks are black.
