I noticed they had only modest success running the ball vs. Florida, with 4.0 yards per carry. Florida's run D vs:

LSU 4.5 ypc
UGA 4.5 ypc
SCar 4.7 ypc
Mizzou 5.5 ypc

If FSU has to play the SEC champ, and they become 1-dimensional, they may not be as dominant as they've looked. And I have been on the FSU bandwagon as the best non-SEC team since they throttled Clemson.

Note that none of this is a concern if they play Ohio St.

Freeman had a bit of trouble, but it's obvious Wilder Jr. didn't. I knew Jimbo should have put Wilder Jr. in to begin with. He punished UF.

Ohio State is 5th in rush defense allowing 3.02 yards per carry.

But ok.

Meh. Our run game might be the best part of our offense. We have three legit running backs and a solid o line. We just cane out throwing versus Florida and really didn't start establishing the run uuntil late in the 2nd.

Our biggest crack? Probably our punter. we're fricked in a field pposition battle

the question is how good is FSU's DT? Will he demand 2 blockers? How good are the corners? Are the lock down disciplined?

Ohio State has a great rush defense, OSU's dline is very elite.

OSU is 5th in the nation in rush defense, and leads the nation in sacks with 39.

Pass defense has been suspect with multiple starters missing throughout the season. Hopefully everyone can get healthy including our All-Conference safety that has missed most of the year.

Well too bad FSU has a passing attack out of this world

They have some great receivers for sure, if OSU were to play them they would need to get a lot of pressure. I know Jameis is also excellent under pressure so it will be a challenge.

But can't overlook Michigan State. Great team there.

This is their concern if they play OSU. They don't have a true NT this year in their 3-4, even though Jernigan is a hell of a player, I think he's more a 4-3 DT.

Offensively, they are very good, and have great WR
