If Notre Dame gets in trouble, it's going to be from the feds for their administration and Kelly covering up evidence in the rape of the girl from St. Mary's, who later committed suicide, by a football player

Yeah, I caught up on this thread this morning when I got to the office. I didn't feel like doing any work, so I browsed MSB for about 3 hours.

you mean the same mentally unstable girl who cried rape at her last college before transferring to st. marys? btw, it wasnt a "rape" it was a boob-grab according to her statement given to SBPD. and surely you realize the charges were dropped because her statement didnt match her text and phone records, yes?

Two different stories. SI is busy I guess. This thread is about some program who's gonna get outed. The other thread is about the programs with the most charged players....yes pitt won. Guess they ran background checks on all the college players.

There have been some really shady recruiting "decisions" that occurred with some big time talent and ND this recruiting cycle.
The situation that I as a Georgia Tech fan saw was a big time recruit (Stephon Tuitt) saying openly that he loved GT and was 100% committed to come here and then his mother refusing to sign a LOI to anywhere but ND.
The mother basically made the decision for him. The same thing happened to FSU with Aaron Lynch. The kid wanted to go to FSU, but the mother forced the kid to go to ND. Strange.

Tuitt was committed to ND for MONTHS. Then, he decommitted and committed to GT. Literally 30 hours later, he was back to ND. He was nowhere near 100% committed to GT at any time. Lynch was committed to ND forever, also. Then he decommitted, conveniently, after the Tulsa loss (wow, what a coincidence). He then recommitted after ND's run to end the year.
And I'm not going to say that maybe their mothers didn't have a say, I'm sure they did. And maybe without their moms, they would've went to GT and FSU. But that statement that their moms forced them to go here (and more specifically because of money) is ludicrous. The players, with encouragement from their moms, still chose to come here. I know Lynch, and he's very happy here.
ETA: And in that first link, it says Lynch couldn't enroll early at ND. Not a good source.
