That 12th man flag was pure and simple a ref not understanding the rules. The Cowboys clearly got the 12th guy off a few seconds before the Giants player even went in motion which isn't even the problem here. Regardless of that you don't throw that flag until the snap. You don't throw it prior to the snap, and stop the play.

And the Giants are down another CB. That makes 3 down for this game. The Giants d-line better step up some pressure or this game might get away from the Giants.

When Murray runs, it usually looks like he's making tackles instead of avoiding them. Hope he can stay healthy.
