Apparently reading that they won't be refunding any if the $4k deposits either.
So basically, put a policy out that cant be adhered to(since vaccine not yet approved for those under 16), and collect the deposit money and profit.

Yeah I’ll be interested to see this play out.
That’s like making an agreement to sell a house and signing a contract and then right before closing you say “oh we decided you have to be 6’10” to buy this house so you can’t buy it and we’re keeping your earnest money deposit
