Completely hypothetical, but if one of the kids' parents bought minors alcohol then you bet your arse charges will be filed. Parents permission is completely irrelevant.

if you really think teens are responsible w/ drinking for the most part then you haven't been to many parties and seen the stupid shite people do. for many it's their first experiences in that situation and they have a chip on their shoulder to do stupud things. whether that be something relatively harmless or a crime.
