Does this only apply to people you don't like or to everyone including yourself?

I always liked Deion and his ego and showmanship.

Now that it appears that's who he really is (egotistical narcissist), not so much.

He never said Deion didn't shake his hand

Reality is they were what? 1 win team the season prior?
But they were a 4 win team the year before that and went 4-2 during COVID. Colorado averaged 4.4 wins per year in the 10 seasons prior to Sanders. Deion didn't do shite.

Deion is a piece of shite. It takes gall to treat guys like that who are almost all doing it for free while he makes millions.

Can you imagine the mental dilemma most of CO has?
“He’s black!”
“But he’s a bad coach! And a professing Christian!”

The only reason this harvesting of players was possible is because of the magic portal. Not only has it brought out the worst in players' long-term interests it has also made head coaches behave like tyrants and bullies. Sanders deserved every bit of player disloyalty that came with his decision to completely purge the roster. Carrying yourself with some integrity and honor, by treating others the same, is obviously beyond Sander's value system.

The one thing that nitwit will never be caught selling is loyalty. And unfortunately, it's the only quality that shows that you do care about these guys.

Assuming this is about both the kid and Deion because they are both soft.

Why is it MSB loves egotistical narcissist Michael Jordan?

Again, consistency... why do things always apply one way but not the other?

Hard to hate it on the court or on the field.

Not as a business executive of a multi million dollar organization (which a head coach and football program is now). It sounds like he organized a clusterfrick day then just hurried up and ran everyone off. And didn’t really even accomplish much doing it.

But you and the rest of his arse suckers will follow him to the end of the earth with excuses and that he is “the man”. He is a punk that has no respect for the players and his own staff. What he did to the offensive coordinator was bullshite too.

Deion wants to flex on everyone that is lesser than him. He will never actually go coach at a top program and top conference because he can’t stand being the smallest person in the room. Fraud.

That's it in a nutshell.

How you treat others, particularly those perceived as beneath your station, reveal your true character.

Deion is the same a-hole who doused Tim McCarver with ice water as he was then. Some leader of men.

He wouldn’t be a candidate for a single P4 job right now.

No one wants him.

Just remember that you wrote that when he is named as a top candidate for basically every big job opening that comes up this year

We are the majority of the way through the coaching change cycle and he hasn’t been a candidate for a job yet.

Deion is an annoying media whore but these “inside stories” are always the same. Disgruntled player is miserable/can’t cut it, says “coach is meanie.” Media implies coach broke rules. Nothing happens. A tale as old as college football.

Deion will quit when Shadeur breaks his spine again.

Or at the end of the season. Whichever comes first.

It must be pretty cool to be so close to a legend. How was Christmas? Did you guys spend a lot of time together?
