Notre Dame is decent this year. BU, BC, and Maine are my early leaders to Frozen Four.

BU hockey games are fricking awesome. If anyone's ever in the area you have to check it out.

Spent my freshman year of college at BU, and my brother is a BU graduate. In the past decade, I've been to 12-15 BU games at various locations, including BC, UNH, and at Aggannis. Good stuff. Am contemplating going to the Fenway Park doubleheader next week with VT vs Mass, and NH vs, Maine. Outdoor hockey in Boston in January

Umass-Lowell still horrible in hockey? I cringed everytime they were on, especially when it was them vs UNH or Maine.

ND up 3-1 now. Very impressive effort so far, especially without T.J. Tynan, who's with Team USA at the World Juniors. The Irish are very strong at forward this year and have some good defensemen as well. Goaltending's good, but inconsistent. That will determine how far the Irish go this year (as with most teams). This team is probably one of the top four teams in the nation but unfortunately in single elimination NCAA Tourney, anything can happen. They weren't one of the best four last year and they made the Frozen Four, so it goes both ways.

Also, on a side note, there's an hour long documentary about ND hockey which airs directly after the game which chronicles leading up to the BC game earlier this year (I'd imagine it's similar to the HBO 24/7 series). NBC will probably really start pushing ND hockey. Rumor is when ND goes to Hockey East in two years, every home ND game will be on National TV on the NBC Sports Network.

The CCHA and WCHA need to use Fox and CBSS to their advantage. I love watching CC DU and UND play against each other.
Minnesota, Blonde Beauties, and Wisconsin are good but dump chase a ton lately it seems. The Red head seems uninterested this year.

I don't think Minnesota Duluth will be back in the frozen four but are on a great run right now. I really enjoy going to games there especially in the new arena.
I been following the bulldogs as much as LSU baseball since moving there 3 years ago. I wish u would have started following college hockey earlier!
