What's to make of this spread jumping from 19.5 to 21? That much public on Tenn?

It opened at 21.5-22 then got RLMd downward... I'm guessing it settles and stays at 20.5 at large limit books and an even 21 at offshores. Small play for me.

And the rollover deal. Sorry if its a dumb question, but say a 20X rollover. If you deposit 300 and get a 300 match, you become 100% cashable after $12k in wagers?
I used 5D for a few years then to a local for a couple. I went back and now im only eligible for their 20% reload even with all the time away. Honestly I wouldnt mind dealing with a bit slicker interface for a change either

Because they are the clear cut best team in Conference USA and return almost everyone from their 11-2 team last year, except their QB. But the skill position guys should be more than enough to help the new QB who is a USF transfer.
Rice was bad last year and has to replace far more production. Lost to WKY by 39 at home last year.
WKY is getting no respect. They are not being priced like the CUSA favorite playing a lower tier CUSA team at home. Line should be 21.
