They're letting a predator out of his two game cage, but yah.

Yeah and they are at least tied, or outright favorites to win it all at all the books I looked at. But nowhere near "run away."
I recall Bama being an EVEN favorite or even -110/-120 favorite during the season in recent seasons. Now that's fricking insane

Those weren't my words. If they play USC, it would be, but like I said, that's unlikely.

It definitely is a harder road though. Okie lite has shown flashes of being very good with their freshman QB. Heated rivalry at their place is much tougher than 2 shitty teams praying to get bowl eligible.

No top 25 win for Clemson or bama.

A&M left out.

We’ll hear this the entire lead-up to the Clemson game, and yet afterwards it will be the Clemson WRs and the Clemson DBs people will be talking about.

Bama still at 5 is pathetic but people are too weak to drop them because they'd get criticized. They have no resume and now don't meet the eye test so they shouldn't be there.

Shouldn't have been 5 to begin with after LSU.

Agree, we should be at 6 minimum, without Tua. It won't matter in the end, if there is a one loss pac 12 team at the end of the season they will jump us. Oklahoma would jump us too if they win out, which is why I was surprised they were at 9.

It’s just crazy to me 10 weeks into the season the number 5 team has 1 loss and no ranked wins

I guess the committee wasn't as impressed as the computers were about Ohio State's win over mighty Rutgers.

Who has bama beat to warrant a 5th spot? They had them 5 because of their potential and not their resume. There potential should go down when Tua gets hurt.

That's not the point. There's no rational reason for them to still be at 5. They're there because they feel bad Tua got hurt and there's no way Minny or Baylor would be afforded the same benefit of the doubt.
